Aleesha Young established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder in the latter half of the decade. Aleesha is from a sport-loving family that was born in 1984. Her father competed in bodybuilding and her brothers were involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha has played sports in the past like softball, soccer and basketball. Aleesha was awarded her professional card for winning at the NPC USA Championships 2014 She first began competing in 2008. She also participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro which she placed 9th. In 2015, she remained in her 9th place. Aleesha was 6th and 7th in 2015 and 2016, in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. The first time she competed professionally was her participation in the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. Her performance had been steadily improving and won after winning her Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha put on the most impressive showing at WOS's Rising Phoenix competition, and came 4th in the year 2020. However, the "World's most powerful mom" took a break from training for medical motives.
